Knowing How to Put it All Together is Key
Vintage Crochet Patterns Easy Wearables
Start with
such as the cover Chanel-type jacket in smart Fisherman color with Raspberry trim. For a different look, switch the wrap-around skirt for a dirndl.
Take off the jacket, add the Fisherman Turtle Neck sleeveless pullover, and the Raspberry cardigan for an entirely different look, and so it goes.
At least 8 different looks are achieved with the classic Chanel-type suit alone.
Add a hat, add a scarf, and a great coat. All are coordinated using these vintage crochet patterns.
Crochet the many other vintage wardrobe pieces for you, your children, and the men in your life.

I know just how you feel, I too love the old patterns, have thousands of the hippie bohemian crochet patterns from the 1960s and 1970’s. The creativity and color designs of those days is incomparable. My favorite is Jacqueline Henderson – she designed in the 70s and did several mail order patterns for Woman’s Day Magazine and also published a book of patterns. I am crocheting one of her afghans right now, a design she made from a turkish rug, just stunning. Ms Henderson also designed clothing, she was so unique!
